Our transparent and straightforward pricing structure will have you confidently navigating through the financial seas of property management like a seasoned captain.

5% of the annual rent for 40% taxpayers

We have an open and transparent fee structure, which means you won't have to pay any unexpected charges.
And we don't have any small print, either. Although (as you might expect) we do have some terms and conditions, and some additional services, which you can find in our Terms of Service for Landlords document.
Rest assured it's all 'normal-sized' print, though.
It might be a bit longer than we would like, and it doesn't read like a Sunday Times bestseller, but lettings is quite a complicated business.
