Why Do We Charge for a Consultation?
Ah, the age-old question: “Why should I pay for a consultation when other agents do valuations for free?”
Short answer? Because we value our time. And, honestly, you should too.
Long answer? Well, here’s the thing…
We’ve spent 35+ years as landlords, learning the hard way - navigating market crashes, dealing with tenants who think walls are for doodling on, and figuring out what actually works (and, just as important, what doesn't).
That knowledge? Hard-won. And it’s worth something.
By charging for a consultation, we do two things:
🚙 We keep out the ‘tyre kickers’ – You know the ones. People who just want a free chat, with no real intent to rent their property. Lovely people, but not our people.
📖 We ensure you get real, valuable advice – Because when people invest in something, they actually listen. And we want to give you honest, actionable insights - things you can use, whether you choose us or not.
Oh, and here’s the best bit…
If you decide to use our services after your consultation, we’ll refund you DOUBLE the consultation fee as a credit against our Tenant-Finding fee.
